I locked myself out of my apartment while doing laundry, without my cell phone. I had to go knocking on doors until I finally found someone who would let me use their phone. The person answered immediately and when I said I didn't have a number for them to reach me she had the tech call the cell phone a minute later. He and I worked out I'd watch out for him and he got here right around when he said he would. He was nice and it took less than a minute. Seriously - fast, nice, all good.
